"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! ! They are crooks and Anthony Monroe is a SLUM LORD!!! Ann Pritchard the property manager is a LIAR and the Entire staff is UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO like the Apts. They placed me in an unfinished Apts that had no stove, no Ac, and Black Mold and BLACK TUB- There was Major water damage and No one wanted to fix the issues BEFORE I moved in. Ann kept making excuses after excuses - I paid my money In Full $1000 plus in total and Still wasn’t able to move In, Due to uncleanliness , carpet smelled like mildew AFTER cleaning it,and they didn’t dry it properly. None of these issues were fixed Correctly. They rolled a stove down the street to place in my until that didn’t work and reap of roach drippings. I lost more money dealing with this company and Anthony Monroe Didn’t want to pay me my monies That was owed to me- I never laid my head down I this until due to the Nasty and unclean environment they Attempted To place me in. They rigged my AC unit from the empty alt next door -You will do Better sleeping in a Dumpster than here- it’s pretty much the same! CROOKS AND SLUM LORD"
