"My apartment inside was nice enough and the view was amazing. However the location is terrible because of the sheer amount of crime in Vicksburg. Downtown is the absolute worst, especially after dark. At night all you hear are people screaming, excessively loud car exhaust, and cop cars. Management was very nice and helpful, but someone did try and break into my apartment the first month I was there. They have security cameras that work thankfully. But police took a long time to get there even though they’re right down the street. Many of the tenants (or guests not sure) are sketchy and like to say inappropriate things to women. This drastically escalates as soon as you exit the front doors of the building and walk onto the streets of Vicksburg. Unless safety isn’t a big issue for you, I suggest moving to a different area of Vicksburg. ESPECIALLY if you are a young woman."
"Walls are super thin. Bathrooms are tiny. Kitchen is so small they are virtually non existent.i didn't like how you must walk thru the bedroom to go to the bedroom"

"I'm in the process of helping my friend move in. So far it's been a "ok" experience for me with the location and a "meh" experience for her due to how long it took for her to finally get into her apartment. The location is great, the upkeep of the building looks good but getting in contact with the staff is hit or miss"
