"The hospital facility is great but they use an anesthesia system called Symvios Anesthesia which has a billing department that is dumber than a bag of rocks. Sterling surgical said they own the anesthesia business but have a third party biller. I think they need to find a booked that actually knows how to bill. Since September they still haven’t gotten the billing correct for a veteran . They are making threats that ruin the patient’s credit, send him to collections all because they are too incompetent they file the claim correctly. The hospital got paid two weeks after the procedure and so did th doctor. That should speak volumes on how incompetent the billers at the anesthesia department are. If they mess up the patients credit they will be sued."
