"BEDBUGS!! When my wife originally told me about the rooms. I was excited because it was a good deal. I guess you pay for what you get. I look forward to breakfast in the mornings but unless you like cereal, old juice, or unpacked snack cakes. Just don’t even get your hopes up. Next the custodian. My wife is in the shower and I was going next then my son. I tried to get more towels from the lady that came knocking on our door to clean it and she insisted that I need to return towels to get another one when I was never given enough towels for the number of guest we had in the room. So to top it all off. We are packing and getting ready to leave. We see a bedbug on the bed!!! We took pics, killed it and kept it. The hotel gave us the biggest run around telling us no manager was coming and to file a formal complaint with Wyndham. They will get back to us… they were kind enough to give us trash bags to put all of our stuff in. We are currently debating on throwing all of our stuff away, trying to clean and dry all of our stuff, and buying new clothes to wear right now!!! We don’t want them to travel back to our home. We should not have to worry about something like this!! We shouldnt have to get rid of all our stuff or dry it multiple times at a laundromat in hopes of preventing a spread to our home. How many times will we have to dry our things before we feel safe to bring our stuff home?? Are they in the board games we brought?? Will we feel safe staying in a hotel again. The anxiety and trauma this has caused us now and in the future will not be able to be resolved by a refund!! Never again will I trust a cheap hotel because as of now it just costed me a lot more."

"I don't usually choose a motel, but I would gladly stay here again. Shower was fabulous, rooms recently renovated, and the front desk was so helpful. Only negative was the metal bed frame could be noisy."

"Rooms are clean and updated. It was recently renovated completely so the reviews should reflect a 4 or 5 star. Front desk was friendly. I gave 4 star because two fat ugly orcs decided to blast their trap music in the parking lot last night at 2am while they shake their chocolate-cottage-cheese. It’s a shame the $125/night wasn’t expensive enough to keep out the buffalos."

"I don't know why the hotel has only a 2.9 because this place was great! I stayed here for one night and just added two more nights to my stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel room was recently renovated and it's very clean and has a large TV, refrigerator and a microwave. It's right off the highway so it's super convenient. Even though it's by the highway, it was super quiet and I was able to sleep very well. There were plenty of restaurants right across the street too!"

"It’s unfortunate that the staff I came across at 3am when I checked in was so sweet and this place is so beautifully upgraded because then the cleaning lady at 11am on the dot BANGING (literally like there was an emergency) on the door and proceeded to be one of the rudest people I’ve come across in hospitality. I asked for a minute since I came in at 3am ( I was already packing) and she still came at me with the most violent aggressive behavior and attitude I’ve ever seen. It sucks for all the other staff that this lady just destroyed the face of this location. I wouldn’t even say she needs to be better trained, I think she needs to be straight fired."
