"The Choice representative that I spoke to on the phone attempted to modufy my current reservations, was very rude. I had to contact the manager at the Comfort Inn which I had a reservations, to resolve the issue. The hotel staff was very professional my 5 stars go the the management team who helped me during a very critical time with my spouse medical needs. "Arrival and check in was fast and friendly. Very clean. Room was very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Shower is amazingly huge (definitely a nice plus). Shampoo/conditions containers are a bit small…but definitely not a big deal. Highly recommend!"
