"The Firehouse APP is horrible. The staff at the store will not help. If you want slow service and to enjoy your meal with the homeless, this is the place to come. If you want to order the sandwich "your" way, you can try but it WILL get screwed up. They are also not sanitary about making your food. Some meals come with free food poisoning. Stay away. Go to Jimmy Johns across the street or the 4 Subways that are nearby. You will get more for your money and will enjoy your meal without the homeless customers and risk of getting sick. You have been warned!!"
"As always Delicious food & the staff gave Excellent customer service! Great location. It's a walk down memory lane & reminiscing every time I visit this location.As the Store Mgr of Blockbuster #28002, it was previously my home away from home for many years! Their current lobby used to be the "Kids Corner", the original game section and a part of the retail area of Blockbuster before it closed !!"
"Soooo....we were the "Last-holes" of the evening, came in 20 minutes before close, and the staff was probably some of the friendliest, courteous I've been around. Used to bar tend. And usually last minute customers are....frowned upon, internally anyway. Usually because the majority of people that come in at close, just suck and want to make someone else's life hell. So thank all of you and especially the shift lead and store manager. Y'all all did great, it was very clean and ready for morning shift."
