"I thought it was closed. The drive thru line did not move for 12 minutes 34 seconds. 4 cars finally pulled off including me. I went inside because I had order on app. There were 2 other customers. So it was not busy but they could not get orders out. I waited another 11 minutes 12 seconds and finally got my food. Ridiculous. 10/0802023 @0743 in the morning, I was refused service at this McDonalds. I live where this unit is and have gone there every Sunday morning for coffee and b'fast muffin. Today I was told I could not bring my outside coffee cup in as I have done for 10 year in every restaurant I go so that my coffee stays hot and my tea or coke or ice water stays cold. I told the maneger they were empty, they were to pour my drinks in to keep hot. She still refused to serve me, so I turned arou d and left. I had done a mobile so not way to cancel my order in the app so, they just got free money. I do not ruled out a bit of racism bias either. I am very disturbed and disappointed about this McDonalds. Will not stop there again."
"The food... 50/50 chance it'll be great or barely edible. Some times the crew at the window are really nice and personable..... But most of the time once they tell you the amount, you'll never hear another word from either window. During "The Rona" they brought in inmates to work when most of the staff left and that was the best service and food!!! Really irritates me when they never speak to you .. no thanks for coming! Have a great day! But they will look at you for a second or two...so I guess that's something!! And the parking ... I feel so bad for those folks that park by the joke of the drive though line."
"I waited 20-25 min for a single ice cream cone. While 2 managers sit talking with 8 orders on the board and no one servicing the front counter. The cashier was past time to get off and doing her best to help. Very poorly run McDonalds. Restaurant was clean and has a nice play area."
