"I ordered wings from CARTER ST. Pizza Hut (I have my online receipt). I couldn’t make it because I thought I ordered to the Natchez store. By the time I realized I had to go back into work, so I sent my friend to pick it up right after. In no more than an hour after I ordered my wings they said it wasn't there. I don't know if they threw it out or ate it, but it was a waste of all my reward points."

"Nothing. I wont be back to Pizza Hut and DEFINITELY wont recommend it. I did an online order and went to pick up my order and the Pizza Hut wasnt even opened. I placed my order at 11:04 am and was supposed to pick it up at 11:20 am. The website AND the door of the restaurant said they opened at 11. I tried calling all afternoon and never got anyone to answer the phone. I paid for my order online when I placed my order. Yall had NO PROBLEM taking almost $66 out of my bank account. I will be calling and getting a refund. Why should I have to pay for something I never recieved. I will drive 30 minutes to order from Dominos before I order from Pizza Hut again"
