"Not a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. My issue is I was allowed to order and pay for a shoe that was not available, and was told the show would arrive by the end of the week, 4 days later. I was never told that the shoe could possibly not be available. The Sports Addition system does not allow the employee to check for available shoes. I had to order it; there was a wait time; no one ever called to inform of my shoe being there or not on that Friday; and you may or may not get your shoe. I called that Friday to check for my shoe and was informed all of this from the store manager after the fact. A joke!!!!"

"Took a whole month for my stuff to come only to find out it's been sitting in the store then when I went to pick it up the associate and myself had to wait on customer service for a whole two hours while in store so they could release it so she could check me out and the agent on the phone gone say we under staffed not my problem hire more people just two hours of my day waisted"
