This has happened more than once,last time corporate had to push the refund through themselves. These are independent franchises,and this particular owner is the problem. "Ok, I used to be able to get buffalo wings that we're decent. However, now, the past several times, the wings are about as dry as a bone. Buffalo wings and other such flavored wings are supposed to be "wet." There's no sauce visible or otherwise on their wings. Way to go to cut corners, be cheap, and yet still charge full or more price."
