"Pressed the red button multiple times. They never did take my order so finally left."
"Drove here to this location from off the interstate we have a 6 hr trip, we pushed the red button NO ONE answered us. We waited and waited and a man with a headset was sitting at a bench by the front door on his phone. No one ever took our order we pulled out and left without ordering food. Sat for at least 5 mins. Ridiculous. Hope they shut this location down. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE!! This was Saturday December 30, 2023 at 12:00pm."
"Popcorn chicken was hard, drink was supposed to be Diet Coke but tasted very weird (carbonation was out??). No public restrooms or drive through option."
"Used the bathroom while I waited for food. DON’T repeat my mistake. Dead roaches and throw up in the bathroom. Old French fries rotting on the floor with flies everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Will be filing complaint with headquarters and health dept."
