"Lady at drive thru was rude. They had no sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets and the coke needs to be changed. Shr forgot our drink at first and also didn't give us a straw. Pick up your game"

"Bathrooms are filthy and worse than third world countries. There were plenty of employees standing around doing as little as possible. There was even a lady standing around with a squirt bottle in the bathroom area. what she was cleaning, I have no idea. It was truly to be avoided. 3rd world hell hole."

"Simply put everything was almost perfect. Food was hot and fresh and to our standards. Service was on point. The improvement would be that both, men and women restroom need better upkeep."

"Stopped on 6 hr trip to grab a burger...went in there was about 6 ppl in the line this was on 11/18/2023 @12:08pm. Not a single person behind the counter even acknowleded anyone standing in line. I stood there for a bit and realized no one will even speak to the lady waiting to order so I went out to my car got in the drive thru line as I was hoping they were AT LEAST doing that. I got to order my food. Then we sat and sat and sat for 35 minutes waiting in line for our food there was three cars in front of me. I feel like right off the interstate this could have been a little faster. Like FAST FOOD faster. Just watched what appeared to be a manager walk in and the line is now moving. Praying I can get back on my 6 hr journey real soon. I have now been at this McDonald's for 45 minutes trying to get a burger I have never spent this long at a fast food restaurant waiting to get my food."

"This looked like a new McDonald's so you would think that it would be running top notch. Not so much for this location. When we walked in we smelled the worst smell like there was a sewage issue or their mops were not sanitized properly before mopping - yuck. The person running the register was dismally slow and it looked like they had never done it before. I understand training but when another employee took over I had them read back the order and about half of it was wrong. The people who ordered at the kiosk behind us could not pay there so they were waiting behind us to pay so their order was placed. When we received the food one of the Big Mac's that was supposed to have onions was loaded with onions and had to be remade. It is almost as if ever efficiency that corporate had put in place had been undone by employees not being efficient and paying attention to orders. Fast food is suffering bad due to these sorts of issues. It is amazing that they have become so bad while having so many employees working - most of which look at you when you need assistance but never say the words "can I help you"? Serious customer service training needed..."
