"Took my dog, a husky, here for the first time on the suggestion of my father. Dropped the dog off promptly at 0900. Received a call at 1200, saying she was done. The owner and groomer were both really friendly. The dog was very well groomed, brushed, dried, and looked and smelled great. Her nails were done great. I will say the place is very busy and I can see why. They did a great job! Yes, your dog may be in a kennel for a short period of time, but they call as soon as they are done. I received great feedback from the groomer and look forward to the dogs next appointment."

"We have been going here for years, owner has always been a bit rough and has a standoff-ish attitude. The other ladies are very freindly and nice. After today's appointment she said our dogs are too disruptive and to never come back. We did have a slip up at the last appointment and made the mistake of bringing both of our dogs in at the same time. That was the only time. We have always been prompt, never did a "no-show" and always paid for several visits in advance and have always been flexible when she had scheduling conflictts. Good customers have no value here. As busy as she is, she frequently finds the time to complain about her other customers. I guess we will now be the topic of conversation with her customers."

"HORRENDOUSLY RUDE groomer. I called about getting my dog groomed, but made sure to mention that my dog is a senior with a herniated disc in her back. We just moved here and back home she was groomed once a month every month with no issues. The groomer here flat out REFUSED my dog simply cause she believes she'll be a liability and she didn't want the headache. She can stand and is well behaved, we just like to let groomers know so they can be careful when lifting her. She's had this issue going on 6 years and it has never been a problem for any groomer until now. Brightside... we didn't give money to such a rude and careless woman."
