"This place brings in. Some characters. Almost stepped in dog poop in the hallway a couple times. Nice poop and hot tub. Small limited gym but the breakfast is pretty decent. Safeway and fast food right next door and a bar right down the street."

"The towels are dirty, stained and smelly. This is one of the expensive hotels around the area and unfortunately the price doesn’t reflect the state of the room nevertheless the state of the Bathroom Towels! I feel very disappointed."

"This hotel is conveniently located in Sandy, OR. There is a Safeway a short walk away as well as other shops. The staff makes the place. They are professional, efficient, and friendly. While the breakfast is the typical fare you'd expect, we found the quality a step up. We appreciated the rotating menus and how clean the staff kept the breakfast area. The pool and hot tub were both clean. The hotel is a bit dated and our room could use some TLC. However, the room was very clean. WiFi was good. The electrical could have been better-we had difficulty charging devices. We would stay here again."

"Do not stay here, extremely expensive. Animals are everywhere, homeless people live here! Rooms are very noisy, floors filthy, breakfast not that great if you get there before homeless people do. Take an extra time and go to Gresham where rates are half the price and Rooms are quiet, beds are way more comfortable, no homeless people, don't waste your money here!"

"I can't praise this Best Western and its exceptional staff highly enough! 5/5! Back in August, my friend, myself and my injured dog had just bailed midway of backpacking the Timberline Trail when we got ourselves into an icky situation.. we lost the keys to our car and needed a place to stay. To our luck, the Best Western had availability after calling 3 other booked out lodges. I later learned that this is the first open weekend they had since the start of the year. What are the chances? Long story short–while we were figuring out our situation and limited on resources, the manager Taylor and the whole staff were so understanding with our situation. They went above and beyond to help us out with the little things that really made all the difference. We're so grateful for their kindness. After waiting in the lobby for hours, I can confidently say you're in good hands. :) Rooms were clean and spacious. Indoor pool was cool. Family friendly. Full breakfast."
