"Took my dog there a couple of weeks ago. Had been there several times with no incident (other than some arthritis flare up) but this time, my dog was seriously injured and hair one side of his face was shorter than other. There was a serious gouge or cut on the side of the face with the short hair. They must have gouged with scissor or razor as they were cutting. It was apparently covered up by them using some groomer trick and not disclosed when I picked my dog up. I found it after. My dogs has been stressed since and had to go to vet. Still not healed. I had been there before with no such problem, but the fact they did not disclose and left me wondering what happened to my dog, made me decide never to go back. I told them every time about the arthritis but I don't think they remembered each time I went there I reminded them, so that was a problem too. They did not appear to have experience with an elderly dog. Since the terrible incident, my dog is licking furniture and had never done that before and I think I may have to take him back to the vet again as the wound is not healing properly. This was a terrible experience for my dog and for me. Just now my dog cried out in his sleep and the wound was bleeding. I will have to put the cone collar on again, and not sure how long this will last. I did not see a point to call them as they were deceptive about it in the first place. I will never never go back. Very upset."
