"My Farrah was rescued, and Marie is her Guardian Angel. I failed my sweet girl, between my grief of the tragic passing of her 9yr old daughter and shaking other obstacles in my life, my usually beautiful girl had been severely neglected. This Feisty, old lady Mini shitzu aggressively bites me and the clippers when I attempt grooming her. I hesitated reaching out to Marie, embarrassed AND concerned how my girl would behave.... not only did Marie's positive soul RADIATE, my first impression put me at ease. (respectfully cautious, masks are required. I appreciate an attempt on a healthy environment for dogs AND everyone) Marie's attitude and demeanor is very welcoming. Farrah Faucet Preddy is, well, she's a Diva. (Some might have a different adjective) Marie took hours, with Farrah's long claws, matted deadlocked fur ( with heart wrenching infestation of fleas that was hidden beneath the fur.) I feel sickened with myself writing this, Marie didn't hesitate to treat Farrah with love. The attention to detail, the relief my Sweet Girl was finally given! It absolutely warms my heart to look and smell and cuddle this precious girl. Thank you Marie!! You informed me with directness and absolute kindness. You were generous with your time and supplies. Farrah is looking forward to an amazing spa day in 2 months. Marie is an educated, talented, professional, caring Doggy Guardian Angel."
