"I don't generally give 5 star reviews but as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" when i rated his laundromat. However, at this facility I could find no reason to give a rating less than a 5. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay and has spectacular views. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I've edited my previous posted review so as to I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon."

"Any campground discriminating against Dog Breeds Should Be Shut Down. We're hating the fear mongering, and we're even more sick of the leftists who have skewed the meaning of "fairness, with certain caveats...." SICK OF IT!"

"Great KOA to stay and relax, and enjoy the area. The staff was polite and helpful. However, make reservations early for the summer months. Thank you."

"Cabins are neat but very small. Bunks are not okay for those with mobility impairments. No ladder for top bunk. Bring blankets sheets soap towels dishes... everything. The fridge is tiny. Freezer was frosted over. No ice is available. Be prepared. Great view. RV spots nice. Picnic tables very small. Bring wood for fires."

"Really enjoyed out time here. We had three campers here for three nights and everyone appreciated the good work the staff provided keeping the sites and buildings clean and enjoyable. A close path to the beach made for a nice morning walk and watching seals rest on the river sandbar. Friendly staff always had an answer if needed. Hope to pass this way again!"
