"What a delightful place to get my dog groomed! My previous dog groomer sadly got sick and had to close her shop. I'm extremely particular on who handles my dog, Joey, because he is so precious to me and has a lot of warts. Sidney was amazing. She followed all my instructions perfectly and she is kind and gentle, just the perfect groomer for my beloved service dog. I'm so grateful for this wonderful establishment, the girls there are all so sweet and so professional and it's obvious they have a deep love of cherished pets. I can honestly highly recommend this business, as a matter of fact, I'm honored to do so! Thank you Sidney, Joey and I think you're the BEST!!!"

"I have been bringing my dogs here for 3 years now. The first few times I went, I had no issues. One time though, I picked up my Samoyed and they had over-trimmed her, which no groomer had ever done before. Ever since then (because I said something), they hardly trim any hair at all. Each time, I try to correct and explain exactly what I am looking for, and have been more than patient. This last time I even showed pictures of what I do/don't want, and she came out looking like the dog in the image of what I don't want (over-trimmed again). For the price I am paying, and after as many chances as I have given, I would expect better service. At this point, I will be looking for another groomer. I'm not sure they have much experience with Samoyeds. I give 2 stars because I also have an anxious dog (different dog breed), and they are wonderful with him from what I can tell."
