"I brought my dog there, who was under one years old and had never been groomed. They were not gentle enough or kind enough to make him feel comfortable. So he started growling because he was scared and backing away. They told me I could come back after he’s use to it more. So I trained him myself by shaving him and he’s fine now. But now they are telling me he is too aggressive. All because of the first time being a puppy and being afraid. They clearly are not trained enough to handle animals. They won’t even let him come back to get cut after he is now trained and not afraid of being groomed. Good Job Paws For Elegance. I had for dogs I would bring their constantly. You just lost all that business."

"I would give zero stars if I could. It’s taken me a while to post anything because of how devastating the situation was but I brought my 9 year old very matted long haired (otherwise pretty healthy) cat in for a lion cut and it took them 6+ hours to finish his cut… and I had no updates during the entire process. When I went to pick him up he was extremely lethargic, had 2 razor blade cuts, and they told me he had been peeing and freaking out the entire time he was there and they had to keep taking breaks because of how stressed he was. I’m not sure why I wasn’t informed of this when I was happening because I would have had them stop and I would picked him up. The car ride home I let him sit on my lap and he peed all over me which he had never done before, then was so lethargic that he got stuck inside of his litter box. The next day we had a mobile veterinarian come look at him because he had declined extremely rapidly since being brought home and she said that he most likely had a heart attack during the grooming and he was likely not to recover from the trauma his body had experienced and she recommended euthanasia which we went through with due to the amount of pain he was in. It was extremely traumatic because he was getting along just fine before taking him in for the grooming. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. (Pictures are from after the grooming before the vet visit)"

"Used the self serve. Everything you need to get your puppers clean is there. The staff is always nice and they are super helpful. The raised wash tubs and drying tables makes it so much easier on the back."

"We had such an awesome first experience at Paws for Elegance today. We were there for a self wash service. We have a 75lb German Shepherd and had to bring our kiddos with us. We were greeted with kindness as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was so friendly even brought my girls a chair to sit in while we bathed our girl and turned on a kids movie. So friendly and so affordable and SO family friendly! Our girl left looking and smelling like a million bucks! We will definitely be back!"

"This place is a great place to take your dog to get a bath. They are Open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00am until 5:30pm. The last wash is at 5pm. The people are friendly, the place is clean, they provide everything you need to bathe your dog. They have a variety of shampoos and conditioners. Hypoallergenic (Mild & Fine For Allergy Issues), Filthy Animal (Fights Odor And Great For Coat & Skin), Blue (Brightens Up Lighter Coats), Face (Puppy Tears), Plum Conditioner, Flea (Eliminates Fleas) and Skunk Off (Eliminates Skunk Odor) $10 per bottle. They provide aprons so you don't get wet. They have plenty of clean towels to dry your dog and there are about six tubs and grooming tables that each have their own dryers. They provide ear protection and slicker brushes and undercoat removers. They have cotton balls and ear cleaning solution. They also have a nice conditioning spray when you're finished. The price is reasonable too, dogs under 15" are $14 and dogs over 15" is $18 and it is a first come first serve basis. They also have a rewards card that when you take your dog 5 times you get one free bath."
