"Overall, The Oregon Clinic has really good doctors and staff, especially the ENT clinic. ENT Docs & staff there are professional, competent, and compassionate. However, I had the opposite experience at the Colonoscopy Clinic a few year ago, walked out and never went back. Bottom line: do your research as best you can ~"
"I think they did there best with what tools they had but I left the appointment with the same Info that I came in with. I have hearing disabilities (APD and others) which make it hard to be a student and CA. I didn’t feel like I had many options after this. It was my last resort to see if they could refer me to someone else. And when they did , they mentioned that the doctor they might refer me out to on their list might be retired? It was disappointing compared to how I was treated as a child or even as an adult at other clinics"

"Everyone was very kind during my visit, but I did not come out of Oregon Clinic satisfied. I went in for a visit due to a fish bone stuck somewhere in my mouth/throat. I came out with a fish bone still stuck in my mouth/throat. Since my next scheduled visit with them was awhile away, I decided to inspect and remove the fish bone myself. I am happy that the situation is resolved for myself, but I am deeply disheartened that the doctor was not able to help me. The area that the fish bone was stuck on had a bit of swelling which they should have seen, since they are certified doctors. I just hope no one else is going through something similar. If anyone is sure that there is definitely something wrong with your body, please don't be hesitant and explain everything to the doctors in detail. I was just going with the flow of things and I honestly regret it. I wish the doctor had asked more questions and was more concerned. (Maybe they were, but from my experience it just didn't seem that way) To summarize, I was not satisfied here. Although this was just my personal experience, I believe that others may have had better experiences. Thanks."
