"This place is the worst. The doctor tells you that someone will call to schedule you for surgery within a week for surgery at the end of the month. THEY never call and after 2 weeks you call then they tell surgery could be in 3 months. I had the same issue last year with my child. STOP using COIVD as a excuse to screw people over"
"Like the other review on this place, I would give zero stars if possible. I got into a major car accident and had surgery on several sites. My PCP referred me to this location and told me to schedule an appointment “10-14 days after surgery” in order to get my arm wrapped in a cast. Nearly FOUR WEEKS later, I’ve called this place nearly every single day, left several messages, etc and this place doesn’t return any phone calls, let alone pick up the phone when a customer is calling. Out of the many many times I’ve attempted to call this office, I got in touch with ONE single person and it was to collect insurance information before even allowing me to schedule an appointment. After giving my insurance information to the office they said they would put my appointment in as urgent, but here I am two weeks later and I still can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. Please avoid this place. It should be out of business (if it even gets business with how they handle their customers)"
"I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. Dr. Brady's office is the most unprofessional, unorganized disaster of a clinic I have ever encountered. OHSU should be embarrassed of this place. Her team completely dropped the ball handling my surgery. The staff was the worst group of people that were completely rude, dismissive and just not willing to help. I would never recommend this place and I will be looking into the legal ramifications of the way this clinic handled my situation."
