"I have been a patient at Pacific Medical since 2006. Sasha Woodward has been with them since 2016 and has proven herself to be one of the rudest most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered in a 30+ working career. She yelled at and hung up on a customer with a billing issue. Her "customer service" is appalling. After she hung up, she set the phones to forward to voicemail. I will be having a word with her manager."
