When our furnace wouldn’t turn on late at night on a Sunday in the middle of Portland’s ice storm we called just about every “24 hour” HVAC we could find, and no one picked up until we came across MP. Sam answered the phone, quickly diagnosed the issue, and gave us instructions for a temporary fix until they could come out. This kept our home warm throughout the storm, which we were so grateful for. When they did come out to fix it they made sure to walk us through what wasn’t working, what they would do to fix it, and then showed us ways to mitigate the issue we experienced should temperatures drop as low as they did in the future. Sam coached me through trouble shooting on my own, actually came out when that didn’t work (everyone else said they couldn’t come for days!), jump started it and then replaced it with a heat pump in the middle of another ice storm just days later. "Sam and his team did a fantastic job on my AC install. I told him I was ready to move forward and they were there two days later. They included two years of filters, WiFi thermostat, two years maintenance, and more. They did an incredible job on the rock/bark presentation as well. All the other bids I received (Home Depot included) said they would only install AC if I replaced my older furnace too. They explained to me how it’s a “left/right brain” and it had to be done at the same time. Sam informed me they were just trying to upsell me and it wasn’t necessary. Honesty and integrity go a long way. You won’t regret hiring them for your HVAC needs."
