"Horrible customer service and very disorganized. Also, the manager never took the time to call and apologize regarding the error about the appointment scheduling. When I spoke to the installer from Kraft, he was very unempathetic and basically said, "Don't know what to tell ya." I will NOT ever use Kraft Screen or Home Depot for any future door installations. I'll be sure to spread the word around!"

I was skeptical working with them as I heard nightmares about subcontractors that Home Depot outsource to but to our surprise Kraft was overall a positive experience for us. Shaun our installer did an amazing job installing 3 of our doors projects (french doors, entry door and side external door). He ensured that everything done correctly and explain what he did and why he did that. I would happily recommend Kraft and would work with them again."
