"We have now used Mr. Rooter 4 times for installing plumbing for new kitchen sink, installing hook up for second washer and dryer in basement, installation of free standing tub, and installation of a new hot water heater. The same plumber has come to accomplish each of these projects. Big John is amazing. Friendly, efficient, fast and goes the extra mile with attention to detail. Can’t imagine using anyone else for our plumbing projects!!"
"I noticed a water rushing sound in our bathroom that sounded like a burst pipe. I called the plumbers in my area and Mr.Rooter was the first place available to come out. When he got here, he came in and listened to the noise and confirmed he’s pretty sure it was a burst pipe. He then went to my standard-sized crawlspace opening, took one quick glance and then told me that it’s too small for him to fit. He asked if I had any other entrances for it and when I told him I didn’t, he told me there’s nothing he could do for me. He then turned off our water to stop the burst pipe and expected us to wait like that until tomorrow when the other company could come out. Luckily we had a different company, with the same size technician, who was able to come out and crawl under there and fix my issue in less than an hour. 0/10 - do not recommend Mr.Rooter for any service"
"Colby arrived on time. Explained everything that should be done, what could be done, and also things that couldn't be done.. Gave us options. He was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. This is the 2nd time we've had Mr Rooter do work on our house [main water line] and recommend them highly."
