"You have a lot of nice product but you also have a staff that in not engaged at all. They are task focused and uninterested in customers and how to make them happy. No one ask me if I had a question, if I needed help, or even said hello. At one point I was holding a pad of paper and was curious how this colored pencil would work in the paper I was going to buy since there was no scratch paper offered. As soon as a started drawing an associate who prior to that only 5 ft away never talked to me was now in a stern and loud manner telling me “to please not draw in their books” I told her I was buying both and she still Objected. I don’t mind the request, what I objected to was the volume which startled me, I objected to being ignored up till that point, and I objected to being felt like a criminal. I won’t go back."

"I like this Craft Warehouse. The vibe is very chill, relaxed. The employees do not pressure the shoppers in any way. The selection of art supplies is sufficient, they don't always have every single thing I am looking for. But I do always find many items that perhaps was not on my to get list. All -all it is always a pleasant shopping experience at the Cedar Hills Craft Warehouse."

"I love it here. They have so many different options, and there's always new things to find. The employees are so sweet also. I find that the prices are decent compared to other craft stores, and there is usually a coupon I just ask at the register. The store is well organized by sections, making it easier to find what I need for the type of project I am working on. It's also pet friendly!"

"The place is pretty big with a ton of selection. They do a good job with rotation of items for the holiday. Can be tough parking here, so you may have to walk a little bit."
