"Alex and a colleague (he was just around in the beginning so I've unfortunately forgotten his name, I'm sorry!) arrived right on time to diagnose an issue where my new washing machine's drain hose had been incorrectly installed into the wrong pipe, causing flooding in our laundry room. Once they figured out the issue, they presented me with a quote to accept or reject, and when I accepted they got me set up correctly and quickly. Since we had just purchased our house and are first time homeowners, Alex also took the time before he left to check the condition of our water heater and pressure meter, and offered great tips on how to get the longest lifetime out of our water-related appliances and setup. Thanks for going above and beyond! Additionally, the office was a pleasure to work with for scheduling - they were able to get me an appointment for the next day after I described the issue, and were super communicative that day and also the morning of my appointment about when I could expect a technician to arrive. We would definitely work with Mr. Rooter of West Portland again!"

He didn’t mind answering my questions and even showed me how to use the tools to stop the water, went through our house together to see if any water leaks. I’m very thankful!
