"I am not sure, how they will treat whites, but us non-white person, the treatment that I received was very unsatisfying, after we had our event, they made us, to take trash home with us, I & the guests have to clean the whole ballroom and the management talked down and gave us attitude. They will not let us leave their premises until they walked us through every corner of the building to make sure it is clean and neat (no trust). They made us stay longer in order to clean and charged us extra-money for staying longer. I will request the manager of this place to do something about this horrible, disrespectful services that his team are displaying to the customers. Thank you very much."

"Honestly I don't know why people be posting 1 star and all those bad reviews. Rented the place and it was amazing. Before I even signed the contract I knew what I was getting in to cause the owners or the guy helping us even told us before hand. They don't set up they don't do our cleaning. Whats the big deal? You payed to rent the place. Stop complaining cause you had to do the heavy lifting yourself. Its your party its your responsibility. The trash was kind of a big issue taking it home. But overall the place was fantastic. Comes with speakers you can hook up to. Has its on lights you can program yourself any color. The staff were awesome as well."

"Just be very careful before you rent this place. The new owners are scammers/thefts. They act very nice first time and whenever you sign up the contract they keep changing their mind, and they explain you something is not even in the contract and charge you over. They just want to ripoff their costumers and that’s how they want to make money. They don’t know how to run business. Please be smart and find another reliable place."

"We rented this place for a venue and regret every bit of it. We paid alot of money and we had to set up our own table and chairs and had to clean and mop the floor AND fold the chair and tables and put them back in their garage room at the end of the night. This is the worst place to rent. They will act all nice until you sign the contact then they will come out with a completely new attitude. The owner Shean is VERY rude and was yelling at her own employers in front of everyone including our guests. For the price they charge please save yourself the hassle and go else where. I will not even recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"We rented this place thinking we would be in a good environment and get well taken care of but it was the total opposite, the staff had a bad attitude and was arguing with us and they stood over us while they made us clean the ballroom after the wedding. They made us take the trash home with us and still charged us extra money for the “mess”. I was astonished and wouldn’t recommend renting this place. If the owners and staff are reading this you guys need to know to have a good business you have to welcome your customers and treat them with respect and kindness so that they could come back again and recommend others to come. You guys should also finding ways to make things easier for everyone. I really hope for your businesses sake that you guys change this nonsense that you guys are doing."
