"We have had the opportunity to visit Displaced Pets twice now. We first adopted a 14 year old tiny senior Pomeranian on Christmas Day, who had been around since August. She was wonderful and quirky, and very quickly became a member of our family. We adored her and loved her from the start. After three weeks of joy, miss Lisa had declined with total trachea collapse. My daughter and I said our goodbyes together that day. It was hard and incredibly sad. Not long after Christy contacted us about Lisa and offered to help place another senior in our care. (We do senior care/retirement for dogs and cats.) In a few days we went up to visit again and we had seen two more Pomeranian seniors that had been surrendered by an elderly lady. One was 13 and the other 11. We decided to take both home with us after meeting a couple of the seniors. Lisa had left such a void in our home that as a family we needed these two as much as they needed us. Only a couple months now have passed and Anna and Bunny have settled so nicely into our home. The eldest Anna is definitely showing her age; sleepy and a bit slow and Bunny is our little 'ADHD' gal; Hyper and easily distracted. They're humorous in ways and a joy for cuddles. Once the time comes for us to say our goodbyes to these seniors we will be in contact again. Thank you for all you do."

"We adopted a brown and black 12 yr old pom named Jackie from them and have been very happy with her she was shy at first but now is all over us however shes got a health issue with her wind pipe they de bark her and it upset her trachea and so she had coughing issues but we took her to the vet and got her some meds and now shes doing better here she is in her little house that she took from the cat how cute she already rulely the roost lol also she got her clothes on will try to get some better pic soon but she is doing great"
