"Diane is the best counselor in Oregon, hands down. She was the only person that was able to talk some sense into me and she turned me in the right direction for a better life. I would most likely be in a ditch somewhere if it was not for her. She may not have been my favorite person at times but she was never wrong and was always there for me, judgment free. I will be forever grateful for her and the work she does."

"My expirence is less than one hour before assesssion appointment I get a phone call with a representative wanting to change my appointment because Jason does not do in person appointments. I find this unacceptable especially since they call less than an hour from my appointment.. I have to wait another 2 weeks now and it seems like it's been 6 weeks I've waited... She said she was sorry and I'd think if she was sorry she could be e more accomodations than putting me back to the end of the line... I requested to speak to a supervisor cuz really my condition can't stand to wait another 2 weeks. The supervisor voice mail came on and I left a request to get a return call but no one has called.. I feel mine is getting more needing the help I'm seeking here and don't understand how they can so easily disregard the care of their parents."

"Wow where to start. 3 therapists that are fresh out with no real exp on how mental health skills should be used. One has reworded the skills I was already using telling me maybe I should use those. Thanks already am. What else do you have? The last one defended actions of abuse of someone on my past. With out knowing all the details. That’s not what my goals are in coming here I feel like they ignored them. On top of that exp. The supervisor was rude and denied actions by staff. At the end they asked if I wanted someone else. No thanks. Depression is all you will find here."

"My therapist & entire team of people dropped me without a single word after over a year. They abandoned me & caused more abandonment issues. My first counselor assigned me a peer support mentor that I spoke to every single week for over a year, meanwhile I kept switching through therapists because they're all so blah & seem like they dont care. Then I got one that was the WORST. She caused so many problems by saying I was too close to my peer support mentor and tried to have my case dropped without even hearing my side, she verbally abused me on the phone & when i called her supervisor, she lied to me & said they would connect me with someone new but i never heard anything, despite me calling every single day. Not to mention, my peer support person just dropped me also without a word. I have been calling every day & have been ignored every single voicemail I leave. They do not care about mental health, they just want the checks."
