"The buying experience was pretty good, but haven't really felt like a valued customer since. Had to call a couple times to get my cover installed. Wasn't given an owners manual or any warranty papers with the tub. Called a couple times and actually went to the store a couple times asking for one. They emailed me one, but I wanted an owners manual that was easy to access and read. I was told they would get me one a couple months ago and haven't heard from them since. Communication and follow through is an issue. I prefer to buy local and support local businesses, and was hoping for better customer service."

"Update: 5/5/23 - 5star- no problems with our tub. The chemicals for purchase are super affordable at the store, top quality. Update: I added an extra star. We finally recieved a phone call letting us know that the parts for our tub were ordered. We are about 3 weeks post purchase of a hot tub and we still are waiting for all of the parts that were included with the purchase. The delivery of the tub was quick an easy. But we are dissapointed after spending $8,000. We still don't have the parts to clip our cover down and the cover stand that was included with our purchase still has not been delivered. Communication with them has been challenging as well. I sure hope we get what we paid for. Because right now our cover is being secured with bundgy cords."
