The bouquets are always fresh and delivered directly to my front door, if they can't find me they call to set up a delivery straight to me. They have NEVER been left on my door step unattended, they have NEVER been delivered in a box. Anyone who says anything different is confused about who they are doing business with. All bouquets are handcrafted to order and delivered by a real person who lives locally and cares about the products and customers of Florence In Bloom."
