"Dr. Shaffer is an absolute sweetheart, and very knowledgeable and skilled in her field. Makes you feel safe, comfortable. Never had to wait long past my scheduled appointment time. She performed one of my two surgeries beautifully, can barely see the scars. I had my surgery done during snowpocolypse 2017 (early January), and the snow was so deep she couldn't get back to check on me, so she called and made sure I was OK. I think she called me twice, but not sure. Was still pretty drugged. Had almost no pain from the surgery."
