"This place has made me a storage unit snob. Nothing absolutely nothing else out there compares to the outstanding customer service Penny provides to ALL her customers. She most definitely goes above and beyond her job description and truly cares about her job and making moving/storage transitions as painless as possible. Pricing is fair if you call around to compare. I have yet to find another storage place with this pricing AND lights inside the units. I've decided to keep my unit there because of this alone and just drive the hour to access it. Property is always very clean and tidy. Always feel safe when on-site after dusk. Never any issues! She cares about her customers safety even if said customer disagrees :). She is truly one of a kind and I hope her Corp office knows what an awesome employee they have! You don't find them with this level of commitment much anymore."
