"Dear learner, here is my observation and experience at Pacific driving school. first and foremost, good friend of mine told me that they are so biased but i refused to listen to him. I went to register and come for test and there is skinny with mustache person who is an examiner have looked my permit then said oh you have not enough hr. for training and i did the exam then failed. 2. after going through several training then come back then with one lady which we have discussed with her I saw left and right in Neiborhood area then drive then failed .3. I never give up and they are still milking me that the hall amount of $$ to get my driving license but I wasn't happy about the examiner which they talk about the student and etc. once then they purposely focus on you and make you fail. this is true. the examiner who is with mustache in SW3800 totally arrogant and unacceptable manor. what i have understood and then come to conclusion is they are milking people without a reason which they said "you can drive but next time failed" I will never ever advice people come here waste your money. please know that I have tried all my best to be reasonable to comment and I will never advice people come to pacific driving test. I know what answer they going to answer me, but learner please listen to me."

"Fantastic experience all around - my son took driving lessons, online courses/test and final drive test for license from here. Friendly instructors, great communication and easy process from start to finish. The instructors are very professional, yet kind and caring. I highly recommend for teens learning to drive and/or anyone needing the official dmv road test. We drove an hour each way, every time for our lessons/drive test and it was 100% worth it!"

"After I selected a day and time, I arrived, signed my name, and barely had enough time to read the info packet before they were ready for me. Quick, polite, professional service. I was shown the car, everything about the car explained to me in an easy fashion. The car itself was an electric car. I’d never driven one before but found it responsive and very easy to handle. The examiner was respectful, easy to understand, and very professional. The directions throughout the exam both easily understandable and prompt. The mistakes he found in my performance were clearly explained, politely delivered, and completely deserved. Over all I found it to be smoother than I could have imagined. My only complaint is more about the times, than their service. Due to the large volume of customers they are dealing with, the wait to take my test was longer than I wanted. Considering DMV is worse, I cannot even complain about that. Five Stars."
