"We've had trouble in the past when equipment orders submitted by doctors were supposed to be delivered etc., especially when different offices are involved (Newport, Salem, etc.). However, today I needed immediate help with equipment for a family member. Shay (not sure if I spelled it right) at the Newport location was extremely helpful. He was friendly, quick, efficient, and informative. He found what I needed, gave me options, showed me how to assemble etc., and even helped me load the equipment into my car. Thank you!"
"Very good compassionate customer service. If you do your part like have your insurance info and doctors info and a prescription they work really hard to get you squared away. legally they can't do much without this stuff we all have somewhere, so i see so many negative comments when it is obviously a non cooperative, or uninformed patient, help them a little they will help you alot."
"In my opinion, these idiots are a bunch of losers. I have waited MONTHS for my CPAP medical supplies from these people and am still waiting. They call me, promise a delivery date and then don't deliver. Then they call again, ask the same questions and don't deliver. This has been going on for months. I guess I will have to buy my equipment on the open market at my own expense. If I do that I will contact Medicare and my congressional representative. I never had a problem with Samaritan Medical Supplies. Lucky me to have Norco Medical on my side now!!!! I am 81 years old and have had three heart attacks. I truly believe a fourth will be caused by these losers. I have never written a negative review before but I had to do it this time,. A -5 star rating would be appropriate if I could give it!!!"
"Came in near the end of the day on Friday for a walker for my wife (knee injury) and the guys happily assembled a new unit for me even though it was 5pm. Thank you! Two thumbs up!!"
