"Absolute definition of terrible customer service... Was called hours before a reservation to be told truck wouldn't be available. Problem was dumped in my lap and she said I could try another location close by. I asked her to help facilitate getting another truck transferred to her location because I had already financially committed to movers that were showing up, and she just hung up on me. Do not give this company your business, they have no respect or sense of service for their customers."
"We rented a trailer here and received top notch customer service from Dale! He was extremely helpful, efficient knowledgeable and pleasant every step of the way and we are very appreciative, especially because it was our first time renting a trailer and with a hitch that we had very recently installed ourselves (we’ll probably just pay to have it installed next time:) Anyway very happy customers, they will definitely have our business in the future!"
"Went online to schedule a hitch to be put into my truck. Scheduled it out just over a week to allow for parts to get there. Drove an hour+ and got here about 20 minutes early only to hear them say I'm not on the schedule and they have no parts. They found me in the system, but had no idea I was even scheduled or where the parts were. All he could do was call me when the parts got in for me to come back. Had to cancel the work order as I'm not going to waste that much fuel going back and forth 70+ miles one way in my truck. The gentleman was apologetic about the situation, but couldn't do anything else."
