"The people at the shipping dock were very nice and helpful. The only problem is. The dock is super tight. If you have a Semi with a sleeper and a 53' trailer ? This is a very challenging spot to dock. You can go all the way around the building. After you leave, but make sure. That you come in the most Southern driveway to setup backing in. Facing the building from the street . It will be the driveway on the right side of the building"

"Stressful environment and they don't pay enough, also 30 min breaks aren't long enough especially when they want you back about 5 mins early so that you can sign back into everything, also no parking unless you get on their list which I worked there for 5 years and never got on it and those who aren't have to park down the street then walk about 15 mins to the building. The people were nice and my supervisor was great but the business itself is questionable, if you are desperate for a job then yes they do pay but there might be other less stressful call centers to work for."

"I can’t believe the way they treat people at epiq Beaverton. Such a good company but management and supervisors are terrible and treat you like a kid. They do not help you when your confused they say to call help desk. Which I called all the time and they seemed annoyed daily . My lead brionna was very nice. But The things they had us doing was more than the actual supervisors and leads all together. At the actual location they were always rude to me watching me like I was ten. They fired multiple people for the dumbest reasons. Treated one of my friends there like she was trash when she had been with the company for 8 months and threw her to the side because she had absolutely nothing to do during training. It gave me anxiety, I cried and was there for a month. I had to take breaks because of the way they treated me and others. On top of that made me feel depressed. I hope they replace those people or change and do something different. The people from remote will talk good about them because they aren’t in office. I was forced and was one of the only ones in office . Terrible. I do not recommend working here. And good luck if you do"

"Great company to work for, I won't be leaving for a long time. Very competitive pay compared to other jobs doing similar work. Many people are giving 1 star because they were hired as a temp by a staffing agency which makes it well known it's temp work. Once the work is done many people are no longer needed. The management does their best to hold onto those they see doing good work, or atleast contact them again once there is more work available. Don't let those reviews sway you from working with some of the nicest and most intelligent people I've ever worked with. -ZL"
