"Brad was a pro from start to finish. Just an absolutely stellar process. I had been sitting on the fence for about 4 or 5 years. I’d been in touch with Brad through various social media platforms and never did I feel rushed or that he was annoyed with my tire kicking. I’ve collected other putters over the years but never had a wooden one! I finally pulled the trigger and the process could not be any better. He set up an initial phone call which was super helpful. He had so many ideas which I wouldn’t have thought of which is great because you don’t know what you don’t know. Everything is documented in a project management app where it’s almost impossible to miss any detail. We were misaligned on what type of wood I wanted and he showed me 3 others until we had the perfect fit. He was so patient and easy to work with. He also finished about 5-6 weeks ahead of initial commitments. The finished product was so much better in person. The small details are incredible. I wasn’t sure on how it would feel but it feels like any other premium steel putter I’ve used in the past. It had a nice sound and the weighting is perfect and balanced. I can’t wait to game it. If you’re on the fence, pull the trigger, you won’t regret it."
