"I had a last minute event and was worried about where to get the money for what I needed. I came in and was the 4th person in line, to my surprise, was assisted sooner than I anticipated. I didn’t have the complete requirements and was kindly advised by Angela to return with documents and she also suggested where I can go get a copy printed out to be quicker. Came back to Ace Cash Express and felt comfortable enough with Angela per our first initial encounter so I decided to wait for her to be available. She then assisted me with a smile on her face through out the whole interaction which took less than 30 minutes. And also made sure we received the utmost positive customer service. I would definitely recommend to come see Angela even on a Saturday if you need a last minute deal. Very thorough, quick and Exceptionally fantastic Customer Service. "I was having some issues with my unemployment check. And I was stressing on making my truck payment. I went in to Ace check cashing and Rick helped me through the process. Got everything loaded onto my card. And I was able to make my truck payment within an hour. They were the best. His service was the best. His attitude was great. I really appreciate him"

"Very horrible service from the customer service. She started off with a horrible attitude. She made a big stink for me coming in and asking to see if I could cash a payroll check. I'm not sure if they normally refuse to do this but then when I asked her how much it would cost, she rolled her eyes, and with as much attitude as she could says "who knows" that's it. There was no explanation. She was quite done with trying to help me. It was clear from the moment I stepped in that I was not welcome. I asked for my check back, and she slammed it down and muttered things at me. I'm sure she was just having a bad day, but if I was her manager I would be keeping an eye out for a pattern of poor behavior. When you're in customer service, you can't take your frustrations out on your consumers. Pictured is the lady responsible."
