"Not the worst. But not good. My daughter bought a car from there. The headlights didn't work right and the tire pressure alert light was on. Now, they did repacle the bulbs in the headlights, it just took a week or so. They said they were new tires and aired them up while we were there. They were clearly not new tires but at least they didn't need replacing right away. But the front driver's side kept getting low. So at my daughter's request, I checked her tire and sure enough, there was a nail in the tread. Upon getting it patched and fixed, I found out that all of her tire pressure sensors need to be replaced. This is not a car lot that I can recommend to others. Nor will I suggest to any future family members. No need to reply, I've seen your comment about what you claim you spent on a tune up for a car. Making sure a car is running correct and not going to leave someone stranded when you sell it to them is the minimum you can do. Otherwise, you're just a junkyard."

"Had a chance to work with sales representative, Libby, by phone as I was shopping long distance for a vehicle for my teenage son. I had many questions and requests for additional photos, CarFax, etc. She was on the ball, quick responses, and super friendly! I appreciated her honesty and professionalism! "I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Libby and Jeremy. I cannot be more grateful for my experience with them. I was not wanting to replicate my last 2 worst experiences with 2 of the largest dealerships in Eugene. I have and will recommend Libby and Jeremy to family, friends and anyone else looking for a vehicle. It took a bit to find the right one for me, however, they worked extremely hard to get everything right. With any vehicle, especially used, there will be issues. One of the most important things to me was having a reasonably affordable warranty. I bought a vehicle with a warranty and was treated with respect and professionalism. Libby has followed up with me to make sure I am still happy with the purchase. These two are wanting to make sure customers are happy and taken care of. I experienced it first hand."

"I will never recommend any of my family or friends to get a car at this place. Horrible service. My sister got a car from them 2 days later it was acting up and was turning off when driving, we called them right away and they just kept going back and fourth and was making excuses of being in meeting. The boss man is never there, and the stuff just sends you in circles to call back when he will be there. You call and then he just leaves the building. Most definitely not impressed. Should have walked away when we had the chance before getting a car from there. With having 2 kids, and letting them know she had 2 little kids and needed a reliable car how dare you let someone leave with this kind of car."

"I have mixed emotions. Libby was especially kind , they were patient with me, i regretted my first choice turned right back around and left with a different car , Very happy with my second choice But not even 2 months later and I see my seats had mold and the back vent too . Very disappointing I have children and we've been in the car with no knowledge of mold."
