"Went in to get a chain for my cross. Sales lady talked me into buying a really thin gold chain, not what I really wanted, very flimsy. Said if it broke to come back and replace free. Less than 2 weeks later the chain broke and I lost the cross and chain. Would not replace or refund. Now the cross which I got from my wife that passed away is gone forever. Should have gotten the heavier less expensive chain. Stupid sales lady, threw the receipt in her face and left in tears."
"Apparently they like to argue about who has a card specifically for them and who doesn't, she told me my card was no longer and I needed to redo the whole process when I've had it for over a year. They know nothing about anything. Horrible store horrible sales people. It's not hard to punch buttons on a cash register, you dont sell anything. People's minds are already made up."
