"I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Despite paying for a package reroute to this store through UPS, my package was sent back, and the excuse given was that they do not accept deliveries. This is baffling and frustrating, considering that being a package store, accepting and handling packages should be their fundamental service. Every interaction was met with excuses, with the staff consistently shifting blame onto UPS without taking any responsibility for the mishandling on their part. It's disheartening to see a business built on package handling fail to provide the most basic level of service and support. There was absolutely no effort made to assist me in retrieving my package or offering a viable solution. Instead, every word out of their mouths was aimed at absolving themselves of any blame. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I strongly advise against using this store for any package-related services. Their inability to fulfill their primary business function, coupled with a lack of accountability, is unacceptable."

"You can accomplish so many things at the UPS store. We uploaded some files to have them printed and laminated, and returned an Amazon order with a quick scan of the barcode on my phone. No need to wrap it. The sales associates handle it all. Great customer service and great hours."
"Recently, a shipment to me originating at this store was lost. Although the loss clearly happened AFTER my shipment left the store, Rick, the store manager, would not rest until he tracked it down and made sure it reached me with no further charge. His concern and attention were extraordinary. He kept me posted about his progress and spent significant time on the phone with me to make sure he understood all of the circumstances. I hope someone in the UPS corporate leadership knows what a gem they have in this store manger!"
