"I would give -5 stars if possible. This morning 2-26-2024 my son tried to go through the drive-thru at 6 am. The restaurant opens at 5:30 am supposidly. He waited for 15 minutes before ANYONE would even start to take his order. He ordered 4 sasuge breakfast sándwiches WITHOUT CHEESE and 2 regular ones. When he got home and got the sándwiches out of the bag we had 5 NO SASUGE. That's 5 with cheese and egg only. I usually get 4 without cheese to have 1and the other 3 through out the day. The GROSS STUPIDITY and thoughtlessness of the employee/manager is SO HIGH. Not to menchin opening soooooo late, I wonder if the higher ups know that this is probably happening every day. I wonder if my son happened to interrupt their private time or break so they intensionally made the 5 sándwiches wrong. As you can see they NEVER HAD SASUGE or the cheese would have been stuck to the meat and not the egg.I now have NOTHING TO EAT FOR BREAKFAST. I am disabled and can't cook for myself. My son just got home from working over 12 hours in Beaverton."
"The $7 whopper burger is ridiculous it's a slider petty much. Burger King used to be a competitively priced fast food joint but good lord that price is not worth the portions. Just being honest."
"Lady at the pay desk is disrespectful. I went there and ordered a meal, but I was confused about the sizes of the meal. Then she yapped at me rudely about my question. I went up to pay, and I paid. She gave me my food. I said, 'Have a good night, thank you,' and she didn't say anything. I waited for 5 seconds and drove off. My little brother forgot to pay for his food, so we came back, ordered food, and magically, everything in the store wasn't working, and there was no hot sauce for spicy chicken. So we got a Whopper, went to go pay, and she refused to serve my food, saying, 'We're not serving you again,' disrespectfully. I will be talking to corporate about this."
"Elva needs a huge high 5 or raise or anything! The utmost sweetest customer service provided I have ever witnessed in my 55 years! The kindness I witness really made my day. Not many people are patient with customers and she was amazing."
