"Vastly understaffed, you will wait long for simple services. The line will build and be out the door. This has happened in 4/5 times I stopped here. I choose to drive longer and out of my way to other UPS loactions for faster and friendlier service."
"I am so tired of UPS in general, allow me, who has no UPS experience, to do your jobs for you once again by educating the employees who don’t know certain information. Sure questions can be tricky, but don't act like you know the answer. Im tired of being screwed over. - When shipping from the USA to Canada, maximum gift value to avoid fees is $60. Not $100. - UPS converts USD to Canadian, meaning the value was well over $60 and $100, and I was charged as such. To ACTUALLY AVOID ISSUES, list your items lower than $60 CANADIAN, and as personal items. UPS will never help you because all they want is your money. I am now forced to pay the fees despite it being a mistake on the UPS guys end, simply because they don’t want to help. Not that they cant, they just don’t want to. They could easily void the invoice and create a new one with correct information, but claim because it’s been delivered there is nothing they can do. Pathetic. Do better people. And UPS, retrain your staff so they know the correct answers to the questions to avoid screwing people over. Thanks."
