"Similar to what others have mentioned, the office has been near impossible to get in touch with. So far have emailed via webform (10 days ago), called 2x (1 week ago). Called 1x (today). All nada responses. Phone goes to voicemail, and email disappears into the ether. This fits with 1 prior experience when we had a question (impossible to get on phone, and does not reply to emails). The whole "I’ll never do business with" is a pretty odd point of view to me as far as faceless corporations go. But for Allstate, based on this office's customer service - All State might be out. An anonymous call center would be far, far superior."

"Same problem as everyone else leaving this person a review. Non responsive at all. I needed policy updates and he would not answer me back. Had to contact the prime insurance and do it myself. Still need the paper work and he won't send it. Don't expect any help or response or service from this business."

"They are impossible to get on the phone and when you call and leave a message they just don't call back and you'll end up having to call again a few days later. I cancelled my policy last month and still got a reoccurring payment email that it was going to pull it still. When I called to make sure this wasn't the case they never called me back and I randomly got an email confirming the cancel and yet no phone call. I understand the system probably glitched but that's no excuse for never calling your customers back."
