"HORRIBLE management and owners. Over a 4 year time span they DOUBLED rent with ZERO renovations. Missing chunks of counter top, chunks of different colored carpet...the apartment hadn't been renovated at all for 5 years when I moved in....not carpet, paint...nothing. Anything they can do to try to get extra money from you they will. And yes, they do share personal info to other tenants. The manager is sooo rude and disrespectful. I couldn't wait to get out of there."

"I loved here for 13 months and Management has been more than accommodating and helpful and its been one of the best places I have ever lived in. The application process to get in went very smoothly, we were told it would take about a week to get our application done and it took them 3 or 4 days without us holding their hand the whole way to get it processed (The current place I just signed up for I literally had to call everyday, and call places FOR them to make sure we got in our place in time.) And then when we were accepted we were able to move in almost immediately which was awesome (Again new place requires appointments to sign a lease and take my money wtf?). The apartments are pretty decent for the cash. There are little holes and scuffs here and there but nothing major. We also got new windows and sliding doors, and it has helped with our heating bill immensely. About 2 weeks after we moved into the place our refrigerator died, I called up after hours and within minutes they had a new fridge installed into our place. Any sort of issue we have had they have been more than willing to fix it as soon as possible. The landscaping is very nice. They hold special events throughout the year and give and prizes, have BBQ's, Ice Cream socials, etc... I have a 2 year old and he loved attending these events and we had a lot of fun. If me and my wife, and child didn't need a 3 bedroom apartment, and needed to live closer to family we would quickly have signed for another year. This place is a hidden gem in the suburbs of Portland, and you would be a fool to pass up such a great place to live."
