"This place is as greedy as they come. Banned window air conditioners so now residents have to go all summer with NO AC! As if $1700 + deposit wouldn't be enough to cover the possible damage done by window mounting brackets. If they are worried about appearances they should install central air. Not make residents pay the price this summer. AVOID THIS PLACE!"
