"The apartments are well maintained by maintenance as well as sidewalks during the bad weather Casey always works so hard even when he did it all by himself. The office ladies Tracie and sandy are always so nice and helpful, and always greet with a smile. I've lived her for a few years and I would definitely recommend it to someone else."
"Appliances such as washers and dryers are always broken or eating quarters. They dont care enough to deal with the snow and ice as it comes but instead wait a few weeks after and then put ice melt down while the ice is trying to melt. Tracie, the manager of the apts can never be reached, she avoids answering the phone and doesn't even check the voicemails cuz the box is completely full. Refuses to handle problems when complained about, or even get back to me when left messages. Nobody is ever in the office, no matter what time of day it is. And now apparently their phone is disconnected from service. These are the worst apartments I have ever dealt with"
