"After having a brief conversation with nick about my interest in renting two of my houses in josephine county, he hung up on me. I thought it may have been accidental so I called back. Another person answered the phone who I informed I was speaking with nick when the call was dropped. She said she’d put me through to him and hung up on me as well. Their terrible customer service resulted in them loosing a potential client with multiple rentals. I would Not suggest working with them."
"The new staff at Grants Pass Property Management have been nothing short of phenomenal with every issue we’ve had ranging from dryer vents and gutter cleaning to failing hot water heaters furnace issues and a/c leaks they’ve sent out different companies that not only took care of the problems and fixed them but explained them to us as well so we could understand what was going on. Everyone has been super polite and helpful I would recommend this property management company for any renters and owners with the current staff. Jeffery and the rest of the staff really have improved our quality of life because we know we can rely on them when we need them. Thank you all from the McIntyre’s!"
"I ♥️ This place ,now that the new management has taken over! Trudy, Geoffrey and Josh , are wonderful, they fix things in a timely manner , and are so friendly and professional! Ive lived in my apartment going on 4 yrs now,since they have taken it over, things are getting done! Since I live upstairs, I asked,when we had lots of snow on steps and landing if they could bring rock salt out and put on steps and landing so I could come and go ,without falling, and within 10 mins they were here! That means a lot to me! They are going to clean the gutters out on Friday! It has needed it for a very long time! Thank you much for going the extra mile!"
"I've lived in one of your apartments for 2 years now without many problems. My hot water heater has gone out twice but GPPM & Jeff have taken great care of me! Both times they were at my apartment that same day, on time & it's just a power surge botton on my hot water heater that goes when the power goes out. Easy fix! THANK YOU JEFF YOUR AWESOME & I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!"
